Rix Machine Saw Blades
Machine saw blades made of high-alloy HSS-DMo5 and HSS-EMo5Co5 steel, heat-treated to exact specifications, extremely wear-resistant, and precisely straightened. Available with curved teeth in the standard version as well as in the Rapid 8° version, in lengths from 300 to 850 mm, heights ranging from 20 to 70 mm, and thicknesses ranging from 1.25 to 3.50 mm—for nearly every common hacksaw machine.

Rix Machine Saw Blades Anwendung
Machine saw blades are used to cut solid material, tubes, and profiles to length on hacksaw machines. The tooth pitch depends on the cross-section and wall thickness—coarse pitches for solid material, fine pitches for thin-walled tubes. The Rapid 8° version achieves higher cutting rates with tough materials. Please specify versions for KASTO machines when ordering.
