Rix RMTE-400
The Rix RMTE-400 is a versatile two-axis assembly table designed for the ergonomic, effective, and time-saving assembly and wiring of control panels. It was designed to increase productivity, reduce operator strain, and significantly shorten assembly time in control panel manufacturing. The height and tilt angle can be precisely adjusted to the specific work step—rather than having to adapt to the workpiece.
- Adjustable in two axes: height and tilt independently
- Load capacity up to 408 kg (900 lbs)
- Working height: 800 to 1,200 mm, continuously adjustable
- Tilt angle 0–70° with an accuracy of ±1.4°
- Moves on casters and can be extended with side extensions
Rix RMTE-400 Anwendung
Typical tasks performed on the RMTE-400 include panel assembly, drilling, thread cutting, channel and rail mounting, component assembly, and wiring installation. When retracted, the table measures 1,117 x 1,244 mm; when extended, 1,117 x 1,981 mm; with optional extensions, a work surface of up to 2,044 x 2,120 mm is possible. Net weight: 195 kg; power connection: 120 V/60 Hz or 230 V 50/60 Hz. Made in the USA.
