The thin-cutting design, featuring special tooth configuration and precision grinding, ensures a low-vibration, clean cut with minimal material loss. Available in diameters from 250 to 600 mm, with cutting widths from 2.00 to 3.60 mm, bore sizes from 32 to 90 mm, and tooth counts from 50 to 180.

Rix RotaCut with Cermet cutting elements Anwendung
The RIX RotaCut cuts solid material, pipes, and profiles made of unalloyed, low-alloy, and high-alloy steels, as well as non-ferrous metals. The number of teeth and cutting width are tailored to the wall thickness and cross-section—resulting in burr-free cut surfaces that can often be processed further without requiring rework.
