Rix Segmented Circular Saw Blades
Segmented circular saw blades for large cross-sections and continuous use on production saws. The tooth segments are made of HSS-DMo5 (material no. 1.3343) or HSS-EMo5Co5 (material no. 1.3243) and are available in pre-cutting and post-cutting geometries—with or without cooling grooves. The product range extends from Ø 250 to 1,430 mm with cutting widths from 3.0 to 9.5 mm.

Pre- and post-cutting geometry, with or without cooling grooves
Available with 2 to 12 teeth per segment
Segments can also be reordered individually
Rix Segmented Circular Saw Blades Anwendung
Segmented circular saw blades cut solid material, pipes, and profiles on stationary circular saws in mass production. Worn segments can be replaced individually—this significantly reduces tooling costs per cut. When ordering, please specify the mounting hole diameter and the required pilot holes.
