Rix Astrodur PowerCut
The Rix Astrodur PowerCut is a carbide-tipped band saw blade designed for materials that are difficult and extremely difficult to cut. Where bi-metal bands reach their limits, the carbide-tipped design ensures extreme wear resistance, high cutting performance, and a significantly longer service life. The improved alternating bending strength also ensures reliable performance during demanding continuous use.

Rix Astrodur PowerCut Anwendung
The Rix® Astrodur PowerCut is recommended for machining tool steel, rust- and acid-resistant steels, high-temperature steels, and hard cast iron. Available in widths ranging from 20 x 0.90 mm to 80 x 1.60 mm, optionally with single-pitch teeth (2 and 3 ZpZ) or variable-pitch teeth ranging from 0.85/1.15 to 3/4 ZpZ. Custom-cut strips available upon request.
