Rix Astroflex M42 Aluminum
The RIX Astroflex M42 Alu is a band saw blade designed for cutting aluminum, aluminum alloys, and non-ferrous metals. Its wide, specially angled bevel prevents the blade from jamming and ensures an optimal clear cut. Combined with the positive rake angle and the newly developed chip chamber, this results in aggressive cutting performance, good chip formation, and reliable chip evacuation.

Rix Astroflex M42 Aluminum Anwendung
The Astroflex M42 Alu cuts solid aluminum, aluminum profiles, aluminum-bronze alloys, aluminum-copper alloys, and brass cleanly and with minimal vibration. The large chip chamber accommodates long, soft chips and prevents the tooth gaps from becoming clogged. Available in 13, 20, 27, and 34 mm band widths with single-tooth pitches of 1.25, 2, 3, and 4.
