Rix Astroflex M42 Top
The RIX Astroflex M42 Top is a bi-metal saw blade designed for demanding cutting applications. The top tooth’s steep positive rake angle—up to 16°—significantly improves cutting performance when working with materials that are difficult to machine. The result is shorter cutting times, smooth band operation, and low-noise, low-vibration cutting—even with large cross-sections.

Rix Astroflex M42 Top Anwendung
The Astroflex M42 Top is used for tool steel, high-speed steel, rust- and acid-resistant steels, and large solid cross-sections. The aggressive rake angle reduces cutting pressure and noticeably shortens cutting time. Available from 27 x 0.90 mm to 80 x 1.60 mm in combined tooth pitches ranging from 0.75/1.25 to 3/4.
