The RIX Astroflex M51 Atomic is a band saw blade designed for the most demanding applications on materials with tensile strengths up to 1,600 N/mm². Its high cobalt and tungsten content ensures exceptional resistance to thermal and mechanical wear. Combined with the highly positive rake angle and ground front and rear cutters, this results in exceptional cutting performance.

Rix Astroflex M51 Atomic Anwendung
The M51 Atomic is designed for materials that are difficult to machine, such as high-temperature-resistant steels, titanium alloys, and highly alloyed materials. The combination of M51 cutting material and Atomic geometry reduces cutting time while increasing tool life. Available in sizes ranging from 34 x 1.10 mm to 80 x 1.60 mm with combined tooth pitches from 0.75/1.25 to 3/4.
