RIX HM Production Circular Saw Blades

Carbide-tipped production circular saw blades for mass production on stationary sawing systems. Standard types range from Ø 275 to 1,020 mm with cutting widths from 2.5 to 8.5 mm, bore sizes from 32 to 100 mm, and matching drive holes. The cutting edge geometry is optimally designed for production cuts in steel and steel alloys or for high-performance cuts in non-ferrous metals.

RIX HM Production Circular Saw Blades Anwendung

STHZ is used for roughing and finishing cuts in steel; STRS is used for grooved cuts. For non-ferrous metals, ALST is the standard geometry for aluminum, and CUAL is used for copper and soft aluminum. We manufacture other diameters, tooth counts, cutting widths, center holes, and drive holes according to your specifications.
