Rix Astroflex M42 Atomic
The RIX Astroflex M42 Atomic is designed for the most demanding cutting applications. It combines a highly positive rake angle with ground front and rear cutting edges. This results in exceptionally aggressive yet self-stabilizing cutting behavior, delivering optimal cutting performance even in materials that are extremely difficult to machine.

Rix Astroflex M42 Atomic Anwendung
The Atomic is used for high-alloy materials, high-temperature-resistant steels, titanium alloys, and large solid cross-sections. The pre-cutter and post-cutter geometry guides the band securely through the cut and prevents it from wandering, even with wide band widths. Available from 34 x 1.10 mm to 80 x 1.60 mm in combined tooth pitches ranging from 0.75/1.25 to 3/4.
