RIX Astroflex M42 Micro
The RIX Astroflex M42 Micro is a high-performance band saw blade designed for materials that are difficult to cut. Different grinding parameters within the tooth geometry—including lead-in and lead-out cutters—create an optimal cutting channel with improved chip evacuation and significantly higher cutting precision. Its long service life noticeably reduces the cost per cut.

RIX Astroflex M42 Micro Anwendung
The Micro is suitable for tool steels and high-speed steels, high-alloy and stainless steels, as well as high-temperature-resistant materials. The ground tooth geometry keeps the cut straight and produces dimensionally accurate cut surfaces with minimal rework. Available in the following combined tooth pitches: 1.5/2.0, 2/3, and 3/4.
