Rix Astroflex M42 ProCut
The RIX Astroflex M42 ProCut is a specialized band saw blade designed for cutting pipes and profiles. The positive rake angle and reinforced tooth backs minimize impact and vibration, thereby preventing tooth damage during the initial cut. The extra-wide stepped bevel creates an optimal cutting channel and prevents the band from jamming due to material stresses.

Rix Astroflex M42 ProCut Anwendung
The ProCut is used wherever interrupted cuts are made on thin- and thick-walled pipes, hollow sections, and beams. The reinforced tooth back absorbs impacts at the entry and exit points, while the stepped bevel keeps the cut channel clear. Available in the combined tooth pitches 2/3, 3/4, and 4/6.
