Rix HM Circular Saw Blades for Wood and Engineered Wood Materials

Carbide-tipped circular saw blades for natural wood, wood-based materials, and coated panel materials. The 859-01 series, with alternating teeth and a deflector, handles safe rip and cross cuts, while the 859-02 series handles cutting and trimming operations on materials up to surface-treated panel materials. The hollow-tooth, roof-flat design (HDF) is available for precision cuts in coated panels.

For longitudinal and cross cuts in natural wood, as well as for cutting wood-based materials, choose the alternate-tooth design; for tear-free finishing cuts in single- or double-sided coated panel materials, choose the HDF version. The number of teeth and rake angle depend on the feed rate, the machine, and the required cut edge quality.
