Rix RotaCut with HM inserts
The carbide-tipped version of the RIX RotaCut for cost-effective cutting of steel and non-ferrous metals on production circular saws. Precision-ground carbide teeth, a thin-cut design, and low-vibration operation ensure clean cut surfaces and high cutting performance. The product line includes diameters from 250 to 600 mm, cutting widths from 2.00 to 3.60 mm, and bores from 32 to 90 mm.

Rix RotaCut with HM inserts Anwendung
This blade is used for solid material, tubes, and profiles made of unalloyed to high-alloy steels as well as non-ferrous metals. The correct number of teeth depends on the cross-section and wall thickness: fine pitch for thin-walled tubes, coarser pitch for solid cross-sections. We would be happy to advise you on the appropriate model.
